Scope
The Real Estate and Facilities team selects and utilizes a broad range of service providers based on the location and specific requirements involved. Depending on the circumstances, we utilize appraisers, agents, surveyors, brokers, right-of-way agents, and large national or multinational real estate firms. Our activity ranges from site selection, acquisition, property management, leases, rights-of-way, and surplus property disposition in the United States and 50 foreign countries.
