We look for leading students who are motivated to get a head start in the business world. Then we provide two similar paths to realize those ambitions.
One is our intern program. It lets students take on assignments at Air Products during the break in their studies, typically summers. The other is our co-op program. It allows students to receive academic credit in their co-operative education program while they hold a job at Air Products related to their career goals.
 In both cases, you do real work, gain real experience, and make a real contribution to the team you work with. This program also opens the door for a later position in our Career Development Programs. So the value is significant and, often, continuing.
