The CDP Council
At Air Products we want our Career Development Program (CDP) participants to succeed at all levels. One way we do that is through the CDP Council.

The CDP Council is an all-volunteer group representing the four component groups of the CDP participants: Engineering, MBA, IT, and PhD. They organize events and provide services for the CDP participants.

The mission of the Council is to ease the transition and enhance the experience of CDPs into and within Air Products. They help foster the communication between CDPs and their managers, with HR, and the global CDP program manager. The Council strives to cultivate the professional growth of the CDP community and build a cohesive group through organized networking and development opportunities. In addition, by acting as a liaison for the whole CDP community, the Council aims to act as a conduit for the community to corporate leadership.

The CDP Summit
The CDP Council hosts an annual week-long event called the CDP Summit for all CDP participants in North America.

The Professional Development committee organizes events aimed at enriching the professional lives of the CDP community through the facilitation of networking, interactive/team building, guest speakers, and training events at Air Products.
