What should an HR professional expect? Program participants, or CDPs as we call them, can expect to receive strategic business-related training via targeted projects, the shadowing of business leaders, and formal classroom training. Also, because we want to develop a well-rounded leader, we provide each CDP with a mentor.
HR-CDP professionals will have the opportunity to work on projects within various areas of HR, such as Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Processes, Recruiting and Selection, Strategic Planning, Diversity Enhancement and Labor/Employee Relations.
Program summary:
- Three one-year assignments
