This program is designed for entry-level IT specialists with two years of experience or less. It provides experience in a useful mix of assignments and responsibilities. Participants develop their technical and professional skills while achieving a better understanding of their areas of interest and strengths. The program consists of three rotations in different areas with durations of 10 months each. Typical assignments: business process, e-business, infrastructure, data, and regional execution services.
