 The CDP Council Professional Development committee runs activities aimed at enriching the professional lives of CDPs through the facilitation of networking, interactive/team building, guest speakers, and training events at Air Products. These include:
- "Brown Bag Lunches"—presentations by senior management geared towards expanding your professional horizons
- Teambuilding Events—an opportunity to bond with fellow CDPs in a non-work environment and work towards a common goal
