This program is designed for recent information technology graduates looking for a variety of challenging and diverse work assignments. Participants develop their technical and professional skills while achieving a better understanding of their areas of interest and strengths. The program consists of three rotations in different areas with durations of 12 months each.

Account Management & Architecture
Account Management & Architecture is a multi-functional group responsible for developing and maintaining our strategic technical directions and owns the IT innovation process, as well as manages the relationship with our clients. There are four architecture teams - Infrastructure, Applications, Application Functionality, and Information - that maintain Target Architecture Roadmaps, develop and maintain close relationships with internal process and business clients, and optimize the IT portfolio of new solutions and existing services. Account Management is responsible for developing and maintaining close relationships with internal process and business clients as well as optimizing the IT portfolio of new solutions and existing services to maximize value to Air Products.
Plans, defines, builds, and delivers new functionality to our ERP and other application production platforms. It consists of Planning & Control, Build Process & Resource Management, Project Support, Project Management, Plan/Make/Build/Source/Environment, Sell/Fulfill, Finance & Business Restructuring, and Applications Development & Technical Solutions.
Responds to our company’s ongoing business portfolio management plans. These plans involve growth opportunities thru acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as reductions in some business areas through divestitures. The Business Restructuring team develops and maintains a standard set of IT processes for executing the IT components of acquisitions and divestitures so the work can be performed in a consistent and effective manner. The team also provides program and project management services in these areas so the acquisition and divestiture efforts are planned, executed, and controlled as projects.
Enterprise & Analytical Solutions
Works with global process owners to improve supply chain efficiency and enhance business performance. It develops the company's ability to compete on analytics and provides solutions to facilitate employees' access, discovery and analysis of critical information from SAP and other data.
IT Infrastructure is responsible for all global computing environments within Air Products. This includes voice and data telecommunications, data centers, IT Engineering, IT Service Centers and Regional Analysts. Responsibilities include the engineering and implementing new Infrastructure, support and operation of computing environments, security and disaster recovery for information assets, capacity planning, automation & monitoring and end user computing support to meet our business needs. These environments are the foundation for application delivery utilized across the corporation in support of all aspects of Air Products business.
IT Planning & Productivity
Responsible for strategic and operational planning, governance, organizational planning, communications, human capital management; IT Learning; process management, and the IT balanced scorecard. Our focus on Continuous Improvement and Productivity and their resulting activities also fall into this group.
IT Security, Risk Management & Compliance
Expands our vigilance on global security, increases an independent commitment to compliance with external control requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley, and centralizes our focus on IT disaster recovery.
IT Service Management
Plans and structures all IT services to encourage the best balance of value and cost, establishes and monitors service level agreements, creates overall service business plans, and manages the investment and recovery for each service.
Outsourced Vendor Management & Shared Services
Manages our third-party vendor operations. It consists of Vendor Operations & Shared Services, SAP Security, Enterprise Data Archiving, and Outsourced Vendor Product Managers.
Regional IT Leadership Teams
Exist for both Asia IT and Europe IT. These teams provide regional leadership for the IT Teams in region, supporting the ELT and SLT in achieving their goals and objectives.
Appropriate Degree Programs (Bachelor or Advanced)
Individuals with degrees in any of the following areas will be considered: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, and Information Technology.
