The Recruitment Process

Interested in an internship/co-op with Air Products? Follow the steps to success below:

  • Apply and Network: For Summer opportunities, connect with your career services office in September to find out if Air Products is coming to your campus. If so, apply online through your school’s job board. Don’t forget to visit our recruiters at the career fair to learn more about Air Products and the exciting opportunities we offer. If we aren’t at your school, you still have an opportunity to apply online by visiting Please keep in mind our summer recruiting finishes in the fall.
  • Interview: Candidates will be contacted by one of our recruiters for an on-campus interview.
  • Hiring Decisions: If we’re interested, you will receive an offer within two weeks of your last interview.
  • What We Look For: We want dynamic students who bring diversity of thought. We carefully take into consideration your GPA, major, grades, campus involvement, leadership skills as well as interpersonal skills. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be considered for our program.
