What happens at the video interview?
The video interview offers you the unique opportunity to bring your communication skills and personality to life in a recorded format.
You’ll be able to undertake the video interview using a webcam on your computer, laptop or mobile device at a time that is convenient to you and it should take no more than 15 to 20 minutes. The interview will involve you being asked up to five questions. Your answers are recorded and are automatically submitted for our review.
If you’re invited for a video interview, we will send you full instructions, a link to the system, as well as hints and tips to assist you. Once you have accessed the system you will have an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the recording process and check the quality of your connection. You will also be provided with contact information should you experience any difficulties, either on-line or by phone.
We aim to review the videos in a prompt manner which is why it is important for you to adhere to the deadlines communicated to you in the process. Please note that not all disciplines and programmes will require a video interview to be completed.
