What We Look For

If you are due to graduate or have recently graduated in the following disciplines, we’d welcome your application:

Engineering Development Programme:
  • Mechanical
  • Chemical
  • Controls
  • Electrical / Electronics

Preferrably you would hold or study towards an MEng, Masters, MSc or equivalent qualification.

Commercial Development Programme:
  • Supply Chain
  • Business –related degrees
  • IT
Ph.D. students

Ideally you would have a Bachelor/MEng/MSc or equivalent degree in Chemical / Mechanical engineering, followed by research studies in a related subject area.

In Addition to your Educational Achievements

In addition to your educational achievements, we’d also like you to have heaps of motivation, and possess skills such as team-working, leadership, change management and problem solving to show us that you can be a future leader. And from a practical side – we need you to be geographically flexible and possess a driving license at the start of the programme – that way you will gain the most from the programme!

We will be looking for you to demonstrate all these skills throughout the selection process, which will involve the following stages, regardless of the country you’re applying in:

  • CV and covering letter
  • Telephone and / or video interview
  • Assessment day
