Air Products is a proud partner of many non-profit organizations in the communities where we live and work. Our different type of partnerships, including volunteer involvement and financial support, are as varied as the organizations themselves.
The Air Products Foundation provides philanthropic contributions that improve the lives of people in our communities. Through financial contributions, in-kind donations and volunteerism, the Air Products Foundation supports initiatives focused on enhancing opportunities in Education, Health and Human Services, Community and Economic Development, Arts and Culture and Environment, Diversity, Safety and Sustainability.
Matching Gifts Program
In the United States, we provide a Matching Gifts program to higher education institutions and qualifying nonprofit arts and cultural organizations and environmental and conservation organizations. Gifts to accredited colleges and universities are currently matched 1-for-1, up to $5,000 annually per eligible employee. Gifts to arts and culture groups are currently matched 2-for-1, up to $2,000 annually per eligible employee. Gifts to environmental and conservation nonprofit organizations are currently matched 1-for-1, up to $1,000 annually per eligible employee.
Air Products is a socially responsible company, and that responsibility is demonstrated through our charitable contributions program with the Air Products Foundation. The Air Products Foundation is currently undergoing a review of our strategy and priorities for charitable giving for the upcoming year. When the timeline for grant applications, priorities and process are determined, we will share the details and also alert our partners via email. If your nonprofit would like to receive the grant application specifics when they are ready, please send your contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Air Products endorses the United Way in the communities where our employees live. We are proud to offer an active United Way campaign, and each employee’s gift is matched 1:1 by the Air Products Foundation. In addition, if the employee designates agencies in his or her community, then 75% of the Air Products Foundation match will also go to that designated agency.
