In 2014, NOx emissions were essentially consistent with the previous year, as no new NOx-reporting facilities were added. The 10 tonnes emissions increase was due to production increases. SOx emissions of 100 metric tonnes decreased due to a large hydrogen plant in the United States stabilizing operations and the divesture of a hydrogen plant in South America.
