Joe Feng is vice president‒Southern China at Air Products. Based in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, he is fully responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth of the company’s Industrial Gases business in the sub-region, as well as managing all commercial, marketing, customer service, logistics, supply chain and production execution activities. The sub-region includes Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangxi, Hainan province and Hong Kong special district in China.

Mr. Feng joined Air Products in 1988 as a sales engineer. From 1989-1996 he served as business manager for Gases in Shenzhen, where he led sales, pipeline distribution and engineering in Southern China. From 1996-2006 Mr. Feng held the position of sales manager for various businesses, including Liquid Bulk, Merchant Gases in South China, and China Liquid Bulk within the Merchant Gases division. He was named general manager, Southern China, in 2006 and was appointed China business development manager in 2008, responsible for accelerating the growth of the company’s Merchant Gases business and industry segments through new projects, mergers and acquisitions, and geographic expansion. In 2011 Mr. Feng took on the position of China Liquid Bulk, Helium and On-site general manager, and in 2014 he was appointed Asia business development director.

Mr. Feng holds a bachelor’s degree from Dalian Medical University and an MBA from Open University of Hong Kong.
