Air Products (NYSE:APD) recently honored CAI (Computer Aid, Inc.) with a Global IT Partnership Award in recognition of CAI’s superior performance in supporting Air Products’ global information technology needs, resulting in cost savings, quality improvements and productivity gains. The IT Partnership Award is part of a company-wide Supplier Management Relationship program created to recognize any Air Products supplier who has achieved extraordinary accomplishments supporting the company’s businesses and functions.
CAI supplements the work of Air Products’ Global IT organization with services provided under a long-term contract. CAI has earned the IT Partnership Award by consistently meeting, and in many cases exceeding, several aspects of their service agreement. The IT Partnership Award recognizes CAI for innovation, operational excellence, superior leadership qualities, ethical conduct and integrity, adding value through its products and services, exceptional responsiveness, and more.

On scorecard metrics related to the award criteria, CAI’s performance is consistently impressive in the areas of technical expertise, application development and support services delivery, troubleshooting and crisis intervention, alignment with Air Products’ core values, support of Air Products’ standards, practices, guidelines, and processes, and more.
