Air Products (NYSE: APD), a US Fortune 500 company and a leading supplier of industrial gases and performance materials, has recently kicked off its national campus recruitment campaign at 12 leading universities in eight major cities across China to recruit top talent for its Career Development Program (CDP), which is a long-term strategic investment by the company to enhance its competitiveness in innovation, technology, engineering, and operation by recruiting and nurturing top and fresh university graduates.
Themed “Find Your Dream Career with Air Products”, the six-week recruitment campaign will start with on-campus talks from late September targeting graduates from Bachelors, Masters, PhD and MBA programs mainly in the fields of engineering, technology, IT, finance and business from 12 universities. Recruits will complete three different assignments in the 2-3 years of their employment to develop their skills and interests through experience in a variety of roles.
“China is a strategic and high-growth market for Air Products and we have been investing in our capabilities and people to accelerate our growth here,” said Steve Jones, China President and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Tonnage Gases, Energy and Equipment at Air Products.

We have successfully grown our future leaders through this program all over the world. Also by recruiting and developing new graduates, Air Products helps nurture the next generation of leaders for China’s gas industry.” Steve continued.
