Air Products and Chemicals Inc. has recently signed an asset purchase agreement with Gilbert, AZ-based OEM Group Inc. for the sale of its tool services and legacy parts business, located in Chandler, AZ. That sale is expected to close on 1 May 2009, at which time OEM will begin to operate the business. OEM has an existing business providing tool refurbishment services, legacy system spare parts and equipment repair in niche markets in North America and globally.
