Site Celebrations

Air Products helps grow customers’ businesses in a broad array of industries, so our products range from miniscule molecules to as mammoth as liquefied natural gas heat exchangers. Likewise, our sites include everything from small onsite services to large production facilities. But even where we’re small in size, we’re large in expertise, passion, and pride. Employees have been celebrating our 75th anniversary, reflecting on our rich history while energizing the company’s “moving forward” philosophy.  Here is just a small sampling of our celebrations held around the world.

Corporate Headquarters, Trexlertown, PA

Over 2,000 employees in Trexlertown grabbed a free lunch and ate cream-filled cupcakes, shared some laughs and despite looming showers, lingered long enough to hear remarks from the Chairman. The food was great but the people. Oh my. And the stories. Those are what will endure. What we'll remember. And connect us. And lift us up so we can carry on.

Houston, TX

The Houston Sales Office celebrated Air Products 75th anniversary at Zuma Barrel Tavern, a local establishment near to the office. Folks played Texas-sized Jenga, snacked on nachos, pizza, fried pickles, soft pretzels and chips and salsa.

Brazil

Employees from all Brazil sites received a celebration gift, which included an Air Products backpack, t-shirt emblazoned with the 75th logo and the phrase, "Never underestimate the power of a person who works at Air Products." A breakfast was prepared for employees at each site and, during this event, employees were invited to wear their 75th t-shirt. It was a great opportunity to socialize, enjoy a well-deserved break and have a fun time with colleagues.

LaPorte, Texas

Employees at our LaPorte, Texas facility celebrated the company’s 75^th Anniversary with a lunch and cake and some well-deserved relaxation and social time with each other.
