Helium Safety

Helium is odorless, colorless, tasteless and nonirritating which means it has no warning properties and we can’t detect its presence. Helium is nontoxic and inert, but it can act as a simple asphyxiant by displacing the oxygen in air to levels below that required to support life. At Air Products, safety is our number one priority for our customers and employees. Below are links to videos, Safetygrams and Safety Data Sheets to provide you with information to help keep you safe.
