Airflex EF9100, EP1188, and 4530 emulsions add proven barrier resistance ideally suited for paper and paperboard applications in an environmentally friendly, water-based, and cost-effective form.

Emulsion barrier coatings can be applied in process by a wide variety of application methods, whereas technologies like plastic and polyethylene usually require a second step that adds cost and complexity to the process.  These water-based emulsions also provide environmental benefits with negligible levels of VOCs, are APE-free, and feature low formaldehyde content.
