LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. (March 21, 2002) — The Board of Directors of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:APD) today declared a quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on 13 May 2002 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 01 April 2002.
