LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. (May 15, 2003) — The Board of Directors of Air Products (NYSE:APD) today increased the quarterly dividend on the company's common stock to 23 cents per share from 21 cents. This represents an increase of 10 percent. The dividend is payable on August 11, 2003 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2003.
