LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. (April 14, 2006) – Effective May 1, 2006, Air Products (NYSE:APD) will implement nationwide pricing actions for helium, argon and bulk hydrogen, and regional energy charges for oxygen and nitrogen where appropriate.
The pricing actions are needed to cover escalating distribution and production costs to maintain Air Products' high standards of customer service and supply. The regional charges for oxygen and nitrogen are needed to recover power rate increases in the affected areas. |
