LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. (May 18, 2006) – The Board of Directors of Air Products (NYSE:APD) today declared a quarterly dividend of 34 cents per share of common stock.  The dividend is payable on August 14, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 3, 2006.
