Air Products Announces Surcharge for U.S. Merchant Customers
 

LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. (May 22, 2006) – Air Products (NYSE:APD) announced today that it is increasing nationwide surcharges on its liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen products starting June 1, 2006.  The surcharges are required to recover increased distribution costs such as purchased transportation and diesel fuel.
