LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. (March 20, 2008) – The Board of Directors of Air Products (NYSE:APD) today increased the quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock to 44 cents per share from 38 cents, an increase of 16 percent.
The dividend is payable on May 12, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 1, 2008. This marks the 26th consecutive year that Air Products has increased its dividend payment.
