| Turbomachinery is essential to the success of any cryogenic process. CryoMachinery's radial inflow turboexpanders provide refrigeration for some of the most efficient air separation and liquefaction facilities in the world. At CryoMachinery, we have been dedicated to providing high value and reliable expansion and compression products for over 40 years. High value is the result of world-class efficiency and low-cost designs that are delivered to our customers on time. Reliability results from proven designs which are easy to operate and maintain. Because we are part of a company that builds and operates its own process plants, we understand the expectations of customers who operate their own facilities. CryoMachinery is ready to solve your next cryogenic equipment need. |

High-pressure turboexpanders, usually installed in pairs, are typically used to provide refrigeration for the production of cryogenic liquids. The expander extracts work from a high-pressure gas stream providing refrigeration to the process. The work removed from the gas stream by the expander is used to provide compression power to cycle. These applications demand high efficiency and reliability at a low installed cost. The efficiency of the turboexpander has a significant impact on the cost of the cryogenic liquid produced.
CryoMachinery's family of process compressor-loaded expanders is ideal for applications where power and capital cost are evaluated highly. Advanced design tools and capabilities, combined with streamlined project management processes, allow for the best match between efficiency and capital investment.
CryoMachinery high-pressure expanders are reliable, efficient and low-cost. In plants where specific power is of utmost importance, CryoMachinery delivers. Our efficiencies are at the leading edge of technology, guaranteed to 91.5% in some applications. Designed for high-pressure service, our expanders will accommodate a wide range of flow, pressure ratios, and cryogenic gases, ensuring unsurpassed performance.
