CryoMachinery's strong commitment to customer satisfaction continues after the delivery of the equipment. Our expanders are designed for maximum reliability with 10 or more years of operation typical before a major overhaul is required. And if replacement is necessary, the expanders are designed to require minimum downtime for service. The rotor assembly is enclosed in a spare "plug-in" that typically also includes bearing housing, bearings, seals, and inlet nozzle vanes. All critical clearances are preset within the spare plug-in unit so that it can be readily installed. Ease of maintenance is an important design parameter in the CryoMachinery philosophy.
CryoMachinery has developed a full-service organization committed to quick response to customer needs. Field engineers, technicians, and maintenance crews, skilled in expander operations and maintenance, understand our customers' requirements and service their needs. Service locations exist in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
The same quality assurance facilities and equipment used in testing new parts are also used in making all repairs. Our engineers and technicians are capable of identifying the root cause of damage and recommending operational changes to avoid future problems.
CryoMachinery uses a computer-based MRPII system for inventory control, routing and tracking of parts, and management of the production process. Through our system, customers are assured of receiving the correct part on time. |
