Switching to CryoEase Microbulk Solutions in 5 Simple Steps
STEP 1: Site survey conducted
We appreciate that all customer requirements are unique. Our trained account representatives will conduct a site survey and application review and recommend a tank system to suits your needs.
This review will cover all aspects from tank selection, gas system design (liquid or gas use), installation, servicing, maintenance and safety guidance.
STEP 2: System design
Our engineering team will design a supply system appropriate for your needs. Our system design will comply with appropriate industry and regulatory guidelines and pressure system safety regulations.
Usually, there are no additional requirements for special foundations, power supplies or other utilities.
STEP 3: System installation and commissioning
The system will be installed based on your input and operational needs. A highly trained technician will ensure all features are functioning properly and the system is tested prior to releasing for regular service. One of our account representatives will be on-site at the first fill to review delivery and customer service contact information.
STEP 4: Training and safety checks
While on-site for installation and commissioning, our technician will provide training and documentation on the new system. At Air Products, nothing is more important than safety, and we will regularly and comprehensively service your system in line with our exacting standards.
STEP 5: Service initiation and ongoing supply
Reordering product can be tedious and time-consuming. We can take the headache of ordering gas out of your hands. With Air Products’ telemetry monitoring programs, your gas consumption can be monitored, and your product will be automatically replenished when required.
We use a specially designed fleet of trucks. These vehicles tend to be significantly smaller than traditional bulk tankers, and are able to visit less accessible delivery locations. Moreover, the vehicles are fitted with a special pumping system which means your gas supply from the microbulk tank is uninterrupted.
