Reducing emissions from semiconductor chamber cleaning
As the world's leading supplier of nitrogen trifluoride (NF3), we work with electronics manufacturers to optimize their chamber cleaning processes and reduce their perfluorocarbon emissions by up to 90%. Nitrogen trifluoride is also stable and nonflammable, making it a safer chamber cleaning gas to transport, store and deliver.
