Crisis Management Update

We have designated Health Response Officers at our work locations who serve as a first line of contact in the event of a health crisis. These individuals are trained to take steps to contain infection, including social distancing, visitor screening, training on good hygiene practices, and other actions to protect our employees.

Beyond potential health or operational incidents, in the spirit of continuous improvement, we are also preparing in other ways to address the realities of today’s world. For example, at the end of 2007, we introduced new drill scenarios and procedures in response to the Virginia Tech shootings and will be developing further training during the coming months.
