Diversity and Inclusion Awareness Workshop: Creating an inclusive work environment where all employees are respected, engaged and fully utilized is a value and business objective of Air Products. Respect for all employees, fair treatment and inclusion sets the tone for everyone to provide their maximum contribution to the company and makes Air Products a great place to work. This half-day workshop is intended to provide the basics regarding diversity and inclusion and meet these objectives:

Know the difference between diversity and inclusion.

Understand how our differences and similarities may influence our behaviors at work; recognize the value of inclusive behaviors.

Be familiar with the five (5) key diversity concepts and understand how the concepts are applicable in the workplace.

Understand individual responsibility to interact with all people in an inclusive and respectful manner.
Diversity & Inclusion Toolbox: This online toolbox was created to offer Air Products employees a broad spectrum of diversity & inclusion materials to use in team meetings or for individual learning. The Toolbox contains basic information, resources, articles, and tools with the aim of developing the understanding and behaviors necessary for an inclusive work environment as we continue our D&I journey.
Specialized D&I Orientations and Workshops: Training and orientations are conducted as required. For example, leaders of our Employee Network teams receive special training on how to effectively lead their Networks and influence our culture and work environment. The D&I Department also facilitates workshops and training sessions within our business units, both at Corporate and at our off-site locations.
