Purpose
The Executive Forum for Diversity (EFD) is a senior management committee commissioned by the CEO to lead the company's strategic initiative on diversity. The function of the EFD is to promote and steer the diversity initiative, recommend to the Corporate Executive Committee (CEC) policy and practice changes that affect diversity, and develop plans, goals and consequences to achieve diversity objectives.
