Air Products has a strong interest in fundamental research to support its various technology platforms. Our Corporate Technology Partnerships organization actively seeks research partners to help us broaden our base of understanding of scientific and engineering principles. Our alliances include long-term agreements with universities, U.S. and other governmental laboratories, industrial consortia, and innovative companies, as well as support for specific research projects of individual investigators. We have successfully formed agreements through a wide variety of mechanisms and are open to the most appropriate arrangement for each situation.
Our needs for fundamental research bridge our various technology platforms and encompass the fields of traditional chemistry, processing and chemical engineering, and materials.
