A: "Lead and participate in productivity projects. Promote and facilitate efficient operations. Monitor plant production. Assist with maintenance and improvement tasks. Anything to reduce energy use and increase product yield for the plants."

A: "Discussing plant operations with experienced operators."

Q: Describe your most interesting/exciting experience at AP.
A: "Conducted tests with operators to prove inlet temperatures to a particular catalyst bed should vary with production rates."

Q: Outside of LaPorte, TX, who and where do you interact with professionally?
A: "I interact with engineers and managers in Allentown; I also contact personnel at other plants to exchange information; I maintain correspondance with a few APCI retirees and CDP employees."

Q: What do you like to do outside of work?
A: "Baseball, gardening, recycling"

A: "Hokkaido, Japan"

A: "I am most proud of the effort put in to maintain good communication and information exchange between plant operations, the business team, and the Allentown engineers/researchers."
