Gaurav joined the Simulation and Design Systems group in 2006 and is working as a Process Thermodynamics Engineer. He is actively engaged in projects that support our Electronics / Performance Materials, Merchant Gases, and TGEE groups.

Todd has been working in the Global Analytical Sciences group since joining Air Products in 2004. He is a resident expert on surface characterization, including x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM), and is actively involved in organizing technology seminars and conferences at Air Products.
Mid-career
Laura
Laura was a process engineer in the development group for Texas Instruments prior to joining Air Products. She joined the Electronics / Performance Materials division in 2007 and is the technical lead for our dielectric precursor program.
Andy
Before joining Air Products, Andy held various positions at different companies, where he gained a wealth of experience in areas such as adhesives, specialty polymers, personal care products, and Industrial & Institutional (I&I) cleaning agents. Andy joined the Electronics / Performance Materials group in 2006 as a Principle Applications Chemist in order to provide technical insight and solutions to customers around the world.
Mona
Mona was previously employed as a Senior Formulations Chemist in the personal care industry. She joined the Electronics / Performance Materials team in 2006 and has been leading initiatives in the areas of Cosmetics and Personal Care.
