Continuing education is essential to our company's productivity and competitiveness. The Educational Assistance Program (EAP) serves as an investment in our corporate future. It supports our employees' professional development and better prepares them to meet current and future business needs. We support continuing education by paying 100% of approved costs for further education.
Global Mentoring Program
We believe it's everyone's responsibility to make sure that we help each other grow and develop. That's why we developed a global mentoring program. Giving our employees an opportunity to connect with another person who can share his/her knowledge, different perspectives and life and work experiences.
