Vice President, Global Engineering
Deborah A. McCullough was appointed vice president, Global Engineering in April 2008. She has overall responsibility for the company’s engineering and equipment manufacturing organizations worldwide.
Ms. McCullough joined Air Products in 1979 as a participant in the company’s Career Development Program with an initial assignment in economic evaluation for the company’s Process Systems Group (PSG). From 1981-1994 she held project and design engineering positions within PSG and subsequently was named hydrogen project director within the Engineering group. In 1996 Ms. McCullough became the senior project manager for hydrogen and in 1998 was named large air separation unit product supply team manager. From 2001-2005 she served as general manager for Gardner Cryogenics—a unit of Air Products that manufactures industrial gas distribution and storage equipment. Ms. McCullough was named director, Global Operations Asset Management Engineering in 2005 and global hydrogen product supply team manager in 2007.
Ms. McCullough was born in 1957 in Danbury, Conn. She received a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Bucknell University in 1979 and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University in 1984.
