Dividend Policy
Dividends on Air Products’ common stock are declared by the
board of directors and, when declared, usually will be paid during
the sixth week after the close of the fiscal quarter. It is the
Company’s objective to pay dividends consistent with the reinvestment
of earnings necessary for long-term growth.
