Dabco® RP202

Dabco RP202 catalyst is a non-emissive balanced amine. It is used in the production of flexible slabstock polyurethane foam. It binds chemically into the polyurethane foam matrix eliminating contributions to odor and VOC emissions. Physical properties are maintined and cell openess is improved. Dabco® MP602

Dabco MP602 catalyst is a delayed non-emissive amine that primarily promotes the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction. It was developed for use in cold cure and hot cure flexible molded polyurethane foam systems. It binds chemically into the polyurethane foam matrix while maintaining or improving foam properties in molded foam systems. Dabco® NE1070

Dabco NE1070 catalyst is a non-emissive amine that promotes the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction. It reacts into the polyurethane matrix, thereby not contributing to emissions. It is used in flexible foam applications to meet automotive OEM emission specifications such as VDA 278, and eliminates windshield fogging or vinyl staining. It is a non-emissive alternative to Dabco 33-LV that can also be used in rigid foam and CASE applications.

Dabco® NE210

Dabco NE210 catalyst is a balanced non-emissive amine that reacts into the polyurethane matrix, thereby not contributing to emissions. It is used in all molded and high density foam applications to meet OEM emission specifications such as VDA 278.

Dabco® NE300

Dabco NE300 catalyst is a non-emissive amine that promotes the urea (water - isocyanate) reaction. It reacts into the polyurethane matrix thereby not contributing to emissions. It is used in all molded and high density foam applications to meet OEM emission specifications such as VDA 278. It is also used in flexible slabstock applications (polyether and polyester) to meet Certipur® or LGA requirements. It is a non-emissive alternative to Dabco BL-11 catalylst.

Dabco® NE500

Dabco NE500 catalyst is a non-emissive amine that promotes the urethane reaction. It reacts into the polyurethane matrix, thereby not contributing to emissions. It is used in flexible slabstock applications to meet Certipur® or LGA requirements. It is a non-emissive alternative to Dabco 33-LV catalyst.

Dabco® NE600

Dabco NE600 catalyst is a balanced non-emissive amine. It reacts into the polyurethane matrix, thereby not contributing to emissions. It is used in flexible slabstock applications to meet Certipur® or LGA requirements. It is an non-emissive alternative to Dabco BLV catalyst.

Dabco® T

Dabco T catalyst is a non-emissive amine that promotes the urea (isocyanate - water) reaction. Due to its reactive hydroxyl group it readily reacts into the polymer matrix. It can be used in flexible and rigid polyurethane systems where a smooth reaction profile is required.

Polycat® 15

Polycat 15 catalyst is a non-emissive balanced amine that has a slight selectivity towards the urea (isocyanate - water) reaction. Due to its reactive hydrogen, it readily reacts into the polymer matrix. It improves the surface cure in flexible molded systems. It can be used in rigid polyurethane systems where a smooth reaction profile is required.

Polycat® 17

Polycat 17 catalyst is a non-emissive balanced amine that has a slight selectivity towards the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction. Due to its reactive hydroxyl group, it readily reacts into the polymer matrix. It can be used for low-density semi-flexible polyurethane foams and low-density rigid polyurethane packaging foams.

Polycat® 31

Polycat 31 catalyst is a non-emissive amine designed for low density, water blown, open cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF). It offers reduced potential for Glaucopsia or “Blue Haze” compared to typical industry catalyst packages based on BDMAEE [Bis(dimethylaminoethyl)ether].
