Dabco® DC5LE

Dabco DC5LE catalyst is a low emission delayed action co-catalyst that strongly promotes the urethane (polyol - isocyanate) reaction while maintaining cream time and maintaining pot life. It does not contribute to amine emissions and is used to meet automotive OEM emission specifications such as VDA 278. It can be used as a co-catalyst in flexible, rigid and CASE applications. It is particularly suitable for NVH applications.

Dabco® TL

Dabco TL catalyst is a formulated tertiary amine that promotes a balanced reaction profile and reduced emissions in a wide range of flexible polyurethane slabstock foam formulations. Please contact our product information center for availability in your region.

Polycat® 58

Polycat 58 catalyst is a tertiary amine used as a co-catalyst to improve surface curing and to resolve skinning issues observed with cold molds in TDI and TDI/MDI molded polyurethane foams.

Polycat® SA2LE

Polycat SA2LE catalyst is a low emissive, delayed action tertiary amine based on Dabco DBU. It strongly promotes the urethane reaction under heat activation in microcellular, integral skin, coating, adhesive, sealant and elastomer applications.
