Dabco® T-131

Dabco T-131 catalyst is a high-activity organotin gelation catalyst used in a broad range of polyurethane foam and elastomer formulations. The product was specially developed to provide delayed-action catalysis of the urethane polymerization, or gelling, reaction.  This delay in cream time allows increased foam rise, mold fill or material travel time, depending upon the processing method employed.

Dabco® TMR

Dabco TMR catalyst is a tertiary amine that promotes the polyisocyanurate reaction (trimerization). It provides a uniform and controlled rise profile compared to potassium based catalysts. For improved flowability consider Dabco TMR-2 or TMR-3 catalysts. Can be used in rigid foam applications.

Dabco® TMR-7

Dabco TMR-7 is an amine-based trimerisation catalyst which provides formulators with the necessary tool for tailoring isocyanurate foam reactivity to meet processing needs; compared to conventional octoate catalysts, it facilitates a uniform and controlled rise profile. Boards manufactured with Dabco TMR-7 will not suffer from a strong amine odour.
