Dabco BP52

Dabco® BP52 Additive is a flame lamination additive for polyether slabstock foam formulated to promote excellent adhesion of the foam to the substrate in the lamination process. Dabco BP52 Additive also features low viscosity for easy handling and incorporation into the foam formulation. It can be used in typical low density and conventional flexible foam grades.

Dabco® 2035

Dabco® BA100

Dabco BA100 blocking agent is a non-emissive polymeric acid used to delay the catalytic reaction and to improve flow while maintaining curing time. It is reactive towards iscocyanates and will react into the polymer matrix. It is commonly used with non-emissive catalysts such as Dabco NE1070, NE500 or NE210 but can also be used with traditional tertiary amine catalysts to delay the catalytic reaction.

Dabco® CL-915

Dabco® CL-915 acts as a multistage reactive additive, especially designed for high resilience or viscoelastic flexible slabstock foams. This novel additive technology can improve the dimensional stability of polyurethane foam, thereby reducing the trapezium shape of the final slabstock foam block and can broaden the processing latitude and improve the mechanical stability of the final foam.

Dabco® CL-915 acts as a multistage reactive additive, especially designed for high resilience or viscoelastic flexible slabstock foams. Dabco® Scoba AS45

Dabco Scoba AS45 antioxidant prevents scorching during the manufacturing process of polyurethane foam which can be caused by an exothermic reaction. Dabco Scoba AS45 antioxidant can be used for polyether and polyester flexible slabstock formulations to reduce discoloration or deterioration of physical properties.
