Dabco 2035 hardener is an additive designed for use in flexible polyether slabstock foams to increase foam hardness by up to 30% while using conventional polyol.

Dabco® BA100 |
Dabco BA100 blocking agent is a non-emissive polymeric acid used to delay the catalytic reaction and to improve flow while maintaining curing time. It is reactive towards iscocyanates and will react into the polymer matrix. It is commonly used with non-emissive catalysts such as Dabco NE1070, NE500 or NE210 but can also be used with traditional tertiary amine catalysts to delay the catalytic reaction.

Dabco® BA150 |
Dabco BA150 Blocking Agent is a non-emissive, hydrolytically stable product used to delay the catalyst reaction and to improve flow while maintaining back end cure. The components of Dabco BA150 are all reactive with isocyanates and will react into the polymer matrix. It is commonly utilized with non-emissive and reduced-emission catalysts such as the Dabco NE and Dabco RE series. It can also be used with traditional tertiary amine catalysts.

Dabco® Scoba AS45 |
Dabco Scoba AS45 antioxidant prevents scorching during the manufacturing process of polyurethane foam which can be caused by an exothermic reaction. Dabco Scoba AS45 antioxidant can be used for polyether and polyester flexible slabstock formulations to reduce discoloration or deterioration of physical properties.
