Freshline® CD immersion freezer

This in-line system is placed in front of an existing conventional mechanical or cryogenic freezer and uses liquid nitrogen to boost freezing effectiveness. Product is conveyed through a liquid nitrogen bath to instantly crust-freeze the product before entering your existing freezer to finish the freezing process. Yields can be improved, capacity can be expanded, and product quality can be enhanced.
