Jeffrey Kutz

Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer

Jeff Kutz is vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer at Air Products. He is responsible for leading the Technical Accounting, Corporate Decision Support, and Management Reporting organizations. He also has accountability for Air Products’ external financial reporting and oversight of the company’s accounting policies and practices. 

Mr. Kutz joined Air Products in 2012 as director of Accounting Policy, Reporting and Consolidation, where he was responsible for global accounting policies, external reporting and financial statement preparation, implementation of new accounting guidance, and accounting for the company’s acquisitions, divestitures and large projects.  

Prior to joining Air Products, Mr. Kutz oversaw the accounting for complex transactions at Exelon Generation company since 2008. Prior to Exelon, he was a senior director at Chatham Financial for seven years. He began his career with Arthur Andersen. 

Mr. Kutz holds a B.A. degree in economics and a B.S. degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
