Rehan Ashraf

Rehan Ashraf is vice president, chief audit executive, at Air Products. Mr. Ashraf is responsible for leading the company’s Internal Audit team and for executing risk-based global internal audits, with quarterly updates to the Audit Committee; executing proactive compliance monitoring activities; leading all internal investigations pertaining to potential fraud, regulatory or compliance-related infractions; and the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance program.

Mr. Ashraf joined Air Products in November 2020. Previously Mr. Ashraf led the Finance Transformation Initiative at Dentsply Sirona, which significantly optimized the finance organization. Prior to that, Mr. Ashraf served as vice president, Internal Audit, at Johnson Controls, where he managed the global audit function, including setting strategy and operating plans for financial, compliance, SOX and IT audits, as well as forensic investigations of ethics and compliance-related cases. Mr. Ashraf also served as vice president, global controller, at Pratt & Whitney (a $20 billion division of Raytheon Technologies) and held other roles of increasing responsibility from 2001-2015. Mr. Ashraf worked with PwC in various roles from 1989-2001, including time spent in the U.K. and Middle East.

Mr. Rehan holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Indiana University and an MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut.
