Air Products Rated China’s Top 100 Most Attractive Employers by Natural Sciences Students for 11th Consecutive Year

Air Products (NYSE:APD), a world-leading industrial gases company serving the China market for over 35 years, has been voted one of China’s Top 100 Most Attractive Employers for 2023 by university students majoring in natural sciences. For the 11th year in a row, the company has made the list in a large-scale annual global talent survey organized by Universum, a leading company specializing in employer branding.

 

In the 2023 employer branding survey, Air Products was recognized by the students based on the employer attributes of friendly work environment, clear path for advancement, competitive benefits, corporate social responsibility, market successes, opportunities to make a personal impact, and team-oriented work.

 

Universum surveyed over 60,000 students from 108 top universities in China from October 2022 to March 2023 regarding their career aspirations and preferences on future employers. Three hundred multinational and domestic companies were evaluated.
