Benjamin M. Hussa

Vice President, Taxes and Corporate Treasurer

Benjamin M. Hussa is vice president, Taxes, and corporate treasurer at Air Products. He is responsible for managing the tax affairs of the company, including strategic tax planning, tax compliance, and navigating the substantial tax impacts of energy transition. In addition, he has responsibility for Treasury, overseeing capital, liquidity and cash management; financial risk management; treasury planning and analysis; economic forecasting; and pension asset management activities. 

Mr. Hussa joined Air Products in 2010 as tax counsel. After four years with the company, he worked as a business tax director for General Electric and then as head of Tax and Treasury for Versum Materials, the company created by the spin-off of Air Products' electronics materials business. He rejoined Air Products in 2018 as executive director, Taxes and was appointed vice president, Taxes in 2022. He assumed responsibility for Treasury in March 2024. 

Prior to joining Air Products, Mr. Hussa was a tax associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP in Philadelphia and worked as an associate for PwC in San Francisco before attending law school. 

Mr. Hussa holds a B.S. degree from Cornell University, a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and an LLM in Taxation from NYU Law School. He is an adjunct lecturer in tax at Temple University's Beasley School of Law.
