Sidd Manjeshwar joined Air Products in April 2021 as vice president and corporate treasurer, overseeing capital, liquidity and cash management, corporate finance, financial risk management, treasury planning and analysis, economic forecasting, and pension asset management activities. In November 2022, Mr. Manjeshwar was appointed to lead Investor Relations, where he is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts through an ongoing dialogue about Air Products’ corporate, business and financial objectives and growth opportunities. 

Mr. Manjeshwar brings more than two decades of experience in the energy, finance, and private equity industries. Most recently, he was the chief financial officer of FirstLight Power, Inc., with responsibility for strategic and financial affairs. Earlier in his career, he served as vice president, Corporate Finance & M&A and Treasurer at Dynegy Inc.; director in the Global Natural Resources group at Deutsche Bank; and vice president in the Global Power groups at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers in their investment banking divisions. Mr. Manjeshwar also held various roles at Halyard Capital, Sprint Inc., Trigyn Technologies, and Royal Philips N.V.

Mr. Manjeshwar holds a B.E. in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, an M.S. in Computer Science from James Madison University, and an MBA from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. 

Mr. Manjeshwar serves on the board of trustees of the Air Products Foundation, on the finance committee of the board of United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, and as a member of the Tocqueville Society of United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley.
